Elle started this firm in 2019 with a laptop at her kitchen table and a big dream: to help business owners in Southeast Alaska take the stress out of numbers and finally feel in control of their finances. Fast forward to today, and she gets to partner with incredible CEOs—from coffee shops and tour companies to retail stores and service providers—helping them keep more of what they earn and build businesses that feel just as good behind the scenes as they look on the outside.
When she’s not talking tax strategy or making reports look way prettier than spreadsheets should, you’ll find her with family—out on the water, exploring Sitka, or hosting friends for cozy dinners.

Kym has over 6 years of experience in managing finances for retail, nonprofit, manufacturing, production and a niche for small business financial record keeping.
Kym works remotely from Oregon with her husband and two children. Most of their free time is spent homeschooling, road trips to the beach with their sprinter van, and hikes with puppy, Zion.
